14er Guided Summit

Build the confidence to take on a Colorado 14er with Ground Up Adventures. Choose a day hike on Princeton or Shavano, camp on Shavano, or plan a 3- or 4-day Antero trip. Add Tabeguache to a Shavano day hike for $75 per person. Lunch and gear are included on summit day hikes.

Summit days involve real elevation and an alpine start. We will discuss your hiking experience, preparation and preferred format to choose a trip that fits.

Day-trip rate with 4 adults. Lunch and gear included. Camping and multi-day trips are quoted separately.
In exceptional cases, an additional $60 per hour may apply when a 14er hike exceeds 10 hours.
The Shavano + Tabeguache day hike adds $75 per person to the day rates above.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Your deposit is 50% of the total trip price and is nonrefundable. The remaining balance is due the day before your trip.
If you cancel 15 or more calendar days before your trip, you are eligible for a refund of everything you have paid above the deposit.
If you cancel 8–14 calendar days before your trip, you are eligible for the smaller of 50% of the total trip price or the amount you have paid above the deposit.
If you cancel 7 calendar days or fewer before your trip, no refund is available. If you have paid only the deposit, there is no refundable amount.
For an eligible refund, we deduct only the actual card-processing fee retained by Stripe that is proportional to the refundable balance amount. We exclude fees on the deposit, add no administrative fee, and round the fee deduction down in your favor. A refund cannot be less than $0.
Contact Shelby to request a cancellation. Cancellation timing uses calendar days in Denver time. Shelby handles cancellations and refunds manually, and eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of your cancellation request.
